These are the terms for using the Dopamingo app and this website. We've kept them short and in plain words.

Trial

You can use Dopamingo free for 14 days with every feature. After that, the app keeps working for viewing and exporting your data; starting new sessions needs a licence.

Your licence

• A licence is a one-time purchase for personal use by one person.
• You can use it on up to 3 of your own computers at a time, and move it between them from Settings → Licence.
• It includes all 1.x updates. A future major version (2.0) may be a paid upgrade; your 1.x version keeps working.
• Please don't share, resell or try to get around the licence.

Payments and refunds

Purchases are made through Whop, which acts as the seller and handles payment and tax. If Dopamingo isn't right for you, you can get a full refund within 30 days of buying: see Refunds.

What Dopamingo is (and isn't)

Dopamingo is a productivity and wellbeing tool. It isn't a medical device and doesn't diagnose, treat or cure ADHD or any other condition. The research we mention describes general findings, not promises about your results.

The usual small print

• We work hard to make the app reliable, but it's provided "as is". Please keep your own backups using Export.
• To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for your licence.
• Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
• These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
